Marist Comprehensive Academy, Uturu, Okigwe, Nigeria

Marist Comprehensive Academy (MCA) is a Co-Educational school in the eastern state of Nigeria, Abia State. The school was built by the Marist brothers of Nigeria. MCA has a good reputation in the eastern states due to high disciplinary by the brothers who manage the school and the teachings of the Christian religion as a core subject for all students. The school made one of its notable histories as a place of shelter during the biafran war for many people in the Eastern Part of Nigeria. This place of shelter was later named the HopeVille and remembered as Hopeville Today.
